For me personally, I would have preferred the option of having a follow up call a month after my treatment has finished to help make sure I use the tools going forward and can manage my mental health going forward

I am a man that has suffered much pain and anxiety and difficulty in his life and to be honest, pretty broken. I have a lot of health issue's and life is extremely difficult,not sure what this means,please tell us why you gave your answer,it's because I have been diagnosed with lots of health issue's,is that what you mean ?.

for me it's better to do face to face,online is a nightmare as needed help quite a lot to be able to do the online course,sorry it's probably cos I'm old,but the assistance from Cindy Hurst was always top class.

My care worker is excellent but my cpn I don't hear from and I don't get told if they are off. I didnt get told my cpn was off for 4months so other than my care worker who is part time I didn't get seen. Plus I don't like other people coming with my cpn or carer.

I should see my cpn more regularly. But my care worker is amazing

I don’t really want to share a lot, but I was seen quickly and regularly by the team. I have no complaints.
