My care worker is excellent but my cpn I don't hear from and I don't get told if they are off. I didnt get told my cpn was off for 4months so other than my care worker who is part time I didn't get seen. Plus I don't like other people coming with my cpn or carer.
Suggested improvements
I should see my cpn more regularly. But my care worker is amazing
