My Mother can only walk with a frame as she has broken her left hip twice and she is very frail now at 92. She is slightly deaf and wears glasses.
Suggested improvements
It would have been better if the session had been in the morning. We had said that my Mother generally has a nap after lunch and the session we were allocated was 1-2.30. So, she often fell asleep during the session.

Therapy sessions with more focus on what and why it happened I wanted to understand what lead to the event to prevent it in future but didn’t get much material, also when I accidentally missed an appointment I wasn’t given anyway to contact her to apologise and set up a new session
