My Mother can only walk with a frame as she has broken her left hip twice and she is very frail now at 92. She is slightly deaf and wears glasses.

It would have been better if the session had been in the morning. We had said that my Mother generally has a nap after lunch and the session we were allocated was 1-2.30. So, she often fell asleep during the session.
