Jason rogers was kind and calm and keep me reassured the entire conversation. You could tell he really wanted to help, he asked questions and always told me prior to a question if it might be intrusive.

I was very impressed by the first assessment, face to face. The physiotherapist took account of my physical condition and gave me some useful advice. She even measured my walking stick to make sure I was using it correctly. The ongoing online course was very beneficial. It reassured me that I was able to do more exercises than I thought I could and I am even back to my online dance classes now as a result of feeling better after the course.

Initially I was disappointed that it wasn't face to face, but I couldn't have travelled every week I realise as there was no regular bus service at the time. I think the bus has been replaced now so there would be an opportunity for me to attend a face to face class if this continues to be running.

My therapist Ann was very kind and empathetic. She was an attentive listener. I never felt judged and I always felt at ease during the sessions. The sessions were extremely helpful and I highly recommend her. An overall fantastic service.

I was treated very well.

The referral to the team could have been easier. I felt as thought I went round the houses to try and see someone physically which was off putting.

James was always on time. He gave me clear information so I could make decisions about my treatment. It was easy to get in contact with him when I was concerned outside of appointments

I gave the answer I did because.its the first time I've felt I could talk to someone and they understood and offered me help and gave me numbers to call I did that the same day and was booked in with in 14days VERY fast never been that quick before thank you for the help and support

The care i received was second to none. I was treated with dignity and respect, unlike a few years ago. So this , to me ,is the blueprint for future success, Tim Canny,and his associates. Absolutely wonderful,in the context of what i need. I have been passed upwards to first response,and this is what I needed.
