I was very impressed by the first assessment, face to face. The physiotherapist took account of my physical condition and gave me some useful advice. She even measured my walking stick to make sure I was using it correctly. The ongoing online course was very beneficial. It reassured me that I was able to do more exercises than I thought I could and I am even back to my online dance classes now as a result of feeling better after the course.

Initially I was disappointed that it wasn't face to face, but I couldn't have travelled every week I realise as there was no regular bus service at the time. I think the bus has been replaced now so there would be an opportunity for me to attend a face to face class if this continues to be running.
