The counsellor was lovely, but ultimately the sessions were useless. I was asked how I was feeling, I answered, and my answer was repeated back to me. That’s it. They were no use to me, and I was promised a more in depth therapy service.

Actually given me help and guidance. Therapy is supposed to help me feel better in myself.

Marcyn is very kind and enthusiastic to help. It's exactly what I need in my situation and I can't praise him highly enough. Fantastic service feeling very cared for and focused on my needs. Please give this man a raise. Bless, Tony

All the staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful. My therapist Ruth was wonderful. She was patient but guided me well through everything. Ruth was very understanding when my health wasn’t too good and such a lovely caring lady. She praised me for working hard on helping myself and doing ‘homework’ she set. The difference my treatment has made is immense and Ruth has given me confidence and ways to manage my negative thoughts and feelings. I feel happier and calmer than I have for a long time.

I don’t think you could have done anything better. I did wait a while for my treatment but I accept that.

What more can I say I have ticked all the boxes service could not be better the staff are really dedicated nothing was too much trouble.

Candy is amazing, I have never met a nurse that will go above and beyond the way she does, nothing is ever to much for her. Support worker Jasmin is amazing she is super friendly and very easy to talk to and open up to. Antony is very compassionate but extremely funny always trying to make people feel good, he is an inspiration Also Hayley is a great support worker and will always help when she can. EPUT are very lucky to have such amazing staff, they need to be recognised more for their undivided attention and devotion to the job

I’m not sure their is much that could be improved other than some of the older staffs lack of interaction with patients.
