The counsellor was lovely, but ultimately the sessions were useless. I was asked how I was feeling, I answered, and my answer was repeated back to me. That’s it. They were no use to me, and I was promised a more in depth therapy service.
Suggested improvements
Actually given me help and guidance. Therapy is supposed to help me feel better in myself.
