Emma Lou was absolutely perfect very kind and considerate in every respect nothing was too much trouble. All calls were received punctually as arranged with a very pleasant attitude. i could not have had a better person she gave me very good help and advice.

I would have liked on going care from Steve and for him to have more of a say with advice to GP or to refer me to appropriate person. Steve is the only person I've seen who has recognised my issue and was spot on, told me many things that now make sense to me.

I’m T1 diabetic, I struggle having consistent BG as my job as a plumber is quite strenuous and active, but I will try to improve it.

I found the DAFNE course very interesting and very resourceful, personally I don’t think it could’ve been any better, well done to you all.

I was suffering from very bad panic attacks. It was affecting everything I was doing. I couldn't go out. I would have an attack if I did. I had a lovely therapist called Laura Wiltshire. She taught me I was not the only one who was going though this. She taught me breathing techniques. I now go out and if I feel I'm going to have attack I use these. I would like to thank Laura for all her help, she was so kind and patient with me.

I have previously been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I have been medicated before but it had only solved my issues in the short term. I was nervous about therapy but have been surprised by how much it has helped. I still often feel the same way but I now know how to manage it and hope that things will only get better over time and with practice.

Nothing - I was very satisfied with the services. The sessions, were always on time, kind, thoughtful and always surprisingly helpful.
