I’m T1 diabetic, I struggle having consistent BG as my job as a plumber is quite strenuous and active, but I will try to improve it.
Michelle Duffy was very friendly and professional. She listened to my issues and provided information and advice with compassion, empathy, and patience.
I look forward to continuing under this service.
I was suffering from very bad panic attacks. It was affecting everything I was doing. I couldn't go out. I would have an attack if I did.
I had a lovely therapist called Laura Wiltshire. She taught me I was not the only one who was going though this. She taught me breathing techniques. I now go out and if I feel I'm going to have attack I use these. I would like to thank Laura for all her help, she was so kind and patient with me.
I'm asthmatic
I have previously been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I have been medicated before but it had only solved my issues in the short term. I was nervous about therapy but have been surprised by how much it has helped. I still often feel the same way but I now know how to manage it and hope that things will only get better over time and with practice.
