Anxiety/GAD

Nothing. The skills that David has taught me are invaluable. I have had a couple of therapy sessions over the years, but David has by far been the best. He was able to go deep into the issues I was having, analyse together and come up with ways to move forward. He was always able to take any concerns and put them into context using tools etc like diagrams and charts, which helped massively in finding solutions. He made things very easy to understand, and always questioned further, with an emphasis on really embedding the toolset he was teaching me, to prevent relapse. I would definitely recommend David.
