Everything was good and got all things I needed doing done.
I consider that I am in remission from vowel cancer about 17 years ago. Then I had a lump removed from left lung January 2022 and thyroid removed February 2022, both of which were cancer.
My Health nurse asked me if I could give a feedback.
I am not sure what answer you refer to
The service have supportive , helpful & professional. Many thanks to a fantastic team.
My husband has Motor Neuron Disease and has been under your care for just over 6 months now, various care professionals are involved in his care. Lisa LAVERICK OT being one who has been largely involved recently
We have been treated with nothing but respect, compassion and diligence and all within our own home.
We have been offered and supplied with various adaptations and aids to assist my husband at home making his life and mine easier to bare with this crippling disease (some of which we didn’t even know were available for him) Everything promised has always been delivered to us with such speed and always help at hand to explain. We cannot thank you enough for all the genuine heartfelt care you are providing for both of us and I’m sure to others.
Good compassionate care
I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere and was listened to
I found my counsellor to be very kind, incredibly understanding and it seemed he knew me better than i knew myself at the time, Dumitru has helped me find myself again and taught me skills to help me ensure I stay the best version possible of myself. I cannot thank him enough.
James has an authentic and artful way of making me feel completely at ease immediately. He asks great questions without it feeling like an interrogation or with a hidden agenda.
He demonstrates great listening skills through the reflections he makes, and the recommendations given for next stages.
By taking as long as was needed, he was then able to get to the nub of the underlying issue and treatment path, where a GP may not be able to.
