Thorough to the extreme. Friendly and so well explained. Covered all aspects in an efficient and simple terms. Very happy.
Not sure if this is the correct survey as it states North East? My child had a HPV booster at Magna Carta School in Staines, Surrey. I was not present but she said that the nurses were very good: she is nervous of needles and the nurses were gentle and tried to distract her by chatting to her about other things.
Health visitor Sue was great, really reassuring, very supportive and really helpful.
The staff that we met and who spoke to us over the phone were all so very kind and professional.
Thank you so very much
Everything was good, nothing to be improved
I had 3 home visits by 3 different District nurses and all 3 were extremely kind, caring and efficient. I felt very well looked after.
It was very calm and relaxed atmosphere. My daughter is scared of injections but i think having them in school was better because she was arounf her friends.
The Speech & Language Therapist was very professional. She had a very broad knowledge of speech impairment issues. She was eager to try various ways of helping my daughter and was very attentive. She was helpful and changed couple of appointment to accommodate my work pattern. My daughter and myself benefited greatly from those sessions. Kathleen was great and I would highly recommend working with her.
Disadvantage - bigger number of sessions could be beneficial
Friendly approachable service.
Jenny was great
