Care in the clinic was excellent.
It took nearly 2 months to get into clinic which allowed the wound to get worse, and practice nurses do not have the proper training to treat beforehand.

The care and advice given was amazing and Becky who I saw made me feel like I wasn’t doing it all wrong and gave me a confidence boost I needed. She was like talking to a friend, although she was still professional, she was everything a new mum needs in a person when they haven’t had sleep, second guess everything they do and just need a confidence and self esteem boost on what they are doing and how they are doing.

My Dietitian Christina has made me feel very positive about losing weight for my health reasons.
I have lost 8lb in 2weeks and two days and feel great. I didn't think I could lose weight
and i have, I have a long way to go, but feel really positive about the outcome.

Review of Community Children's Nursing Team West

All of the community nurses that have come to our home have been polite, respectful, very helpful & informative. It is a great service to be able to have skilled nurses come to our home & personally treat my son. Even when my son has been admitted to hospital, they have always checked on his progress etc.
I can't fault the service & would like to personally thank Sarah, Laura & Georgie for the care they given to my son.
