The doctor was incredible, put us and our child at ease. Gave the advice we needed, the shoes and the confidence.
The referral process could be improved. The 3rd party our referral went via caused a delay of 3 months. A waste of time for no service at all.

The consistent professionalism of the nursing staff has always been excellent. I have been able to identify any room for improvement, so if any improvement is required the only extreme minimal improvement would be needed if any.
