Kristna Zaremba really listened to my symptoms. She gave excellent advice on diet and I was very impressed with her knowledge and advice.
I have already recommended her to a work colleague.
I have taken all the advice given very seriously and will continue to follow her advice which has made my health a lifestyle much better.

I attending the breastfeeding clinic for the 3rd time this week & each time has been helpful, but I saw Katie today & had a real breakthrough.
It's very hard having only one clinic per week, the others are a long way away & seeing a different person each week means the advice changes. Breastfeeding is personal it would be nice to see the same person each week to build up a rapport.
