Had a would on leg and said the matrons kept eye on it. They were positive and helpful. So helpful to have the phone number to hand and answered any time of day or night if she needed help. Sorry off of the service.
So pleased that this department is available as Weighbridge is no longer. Very prompt service.

When they needed help we were quick to respond.
They got visits without making requests. Matron's took time to listen and never rushed the visits. If they had a query, it was always followed up. The matrons advised on aspects of care and benefits that they were not aware of and they appreciated that very much.
