The team are fantastic but it is tragic that the one on one sessions are no longer available. It’s a real chance for parents to engage on a one on one basis with the team and for a persons child to get full focus. As lovely as the group sessions are they are clearly a money saving tool by the government that dilutes the teams ability and provision of care. I’m sure you can appreciate the difference between a group session and a one on one session. Regardless, the team do a great job with the little time they are now given.
Asq-3 and Asq se 2 review - complete waste of time! The lady was buried in her clipboard, asked no relevant questions, offered no advice, made ridiculous statements and suggested actions, did not interact well with my son at all. It was a tick box exercise and one I found highly offensive (my son scored very highly, I’m not being bitter) if this is what we are funding to protect and develop our children then shame on the UK. Get the health workers out of their tick box mentality - look at the child, interact, see the bigger children - support parents. Embarrassing and shambolic - I am disgusted.
Asked the right questions.
Kim explained fully each exercise and was encouraging all the time.
I was treated with dignity and respect at each session. I fully enjoyed my six weeks. Many thanks.
The service was perfect and couldn't be improved.
Toilet. No rails.
Thorough and confidently organised. Get my mind at rest. Thank you.
Very good. 10 out of 10.
No complaints. Very happy with what the service had to offer. Appreciated the bar in the bath and measurements made by the OT.
The matrons were very helpful.
