I was extremely happy with the care myself baby and all family reveiced. I felt very well supported by my health visitor on various aspects from babys health, family health other family issues and our well being in general. I felt we were treated with dignity and respect and I felt that the health visitor genuinely cared for our family and our well being. A very kind, supportive and good listener who was highly knowledgeable in her field and who always gave sound advice. Would highly recommended!!

I cannot fault the care given. I was treated with respect and kindness by all staff that I came into contact with during that visit. It would have been good for me if the slight change in medication could have been given then, instead of waiting for the GP to receive a letter. I really feel in need of the change, and a wait of about a week seems like forever. Apart from that, thank you all for wonderful care.

Eleanore was extremely informative and supportive when we asked any questions that we had in regards to our little boy. She gave positive advice and ensured that she listened to our concerns as new parents. She was very approachable and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Eleanore and look forward to meeting her again at our 6 week check up.

Baby was vomiting and diarrhoea symptoms, not received response as was worried. Also not sure baby developing key skills 'motor skill', listening skills etc. and wanted a checkup however not denied.

I have being seeing by a lady called Sue Dilloway and I mention her name because one thing is to be treated by your community service but sadly not all employees work at the same level of standards despite your training or policies, however podiatry is one department where I have received excellent service but this particular lady deserves specific mention due to her kind caring friendly it is a question or where do I start and I can't stop She was excellent!!!!
