Good service.
Everyone was very caring and kind to me from the matron service.
Helen was excellent physio, always on time and positive on providing the best physio.
The time prior to Helen could be better got a phone call on my health update told the lady I was seeing the consultant on the 31st July, she told me she would phone on the 1st August which she did, then told that my appointment would be 2.3 weeks as they need to order crutches, why not order the crutches at the 1st phone call as she new that. I needed them. Lucky I had some crutches from my hip operation.

Helen was very professional and kind. Made various helpful suggestions about dealing with everyday tasks. Explained the exercises carefully to patient and family member. Phoned between visits to check on progress.
This was a 1st visit for my physio and he was very pleasant and helpful.
The community matron's Anne-Marie and Anna Cannon were very attentive and kind. Equipment was ordered in a timely manner which was to my benefit.
