The nurse has given me confidence because she visits my home which is far less stressful than getting to the doctors, or the hospital. Also, she has helped with dealing with doctor about medicines, and has sorted it all out again - taking the stress away. She is a kind and understanding person.

Amanda is always caring and listens to how I feel, with good suggestions about my health. I am always at ease when she visits to check my COPD.

There was a good discussion between the patient with lots of practical difficulties and the medical spent with lots of remedies. The great advantage was that there seemed to be no time constraints as there is seeing a GP.

Friendly greeting from reception staff. 1st class assessment and treatment plan. The physios were professional, encouraging and supportive and had a great sense of humor. The gym, the waiting area and toilets are exceptionally clean.

Felt Dawn was really interested in how I felt and had plenty of time to listen to any worries. No improvements needed!
