- Friendly midwives.
- Very informative.
- Reassuring.
Lovely staff who are very understanding.
Having the community midwife service reassure me that I can access support as and when I need it during pregnancy and post natal.
Being able to access the service at the Shotley Bridge Clinic is key to me accessing the service if no clinic was provided locally and only alternatives were and UHND I know I would be unlikely to have the ability to access the midwives clinic.
Everybody has been friendly and helpful.
Very understanding and supportive.
Spoken to with respect.
Everything discussed.
Extremely friendly and caring team of professionals.
Don't change a thing!
Regular appointments/good standard of care information provided - friendly and approachable professionals.
The only comment I could give is that at times, well actually three times I was made very uncomfortable having to go into and explain my reasons why in the past I may have had certain treatments for far back into my past, but I felt very awkward and it was intrusive of three separate medical professionals made me have to explain why I may have tried a particular treatment for a month 15 years ago.
