First time I did a MRI and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I was anxious about it however they made me feel at ease.

Never having been to caring hospital before, I arrived at diagnosis centre at 12:40 for 13:00 appointment. I was called at 13:25 - No comment or apology for delay.

Time keeping. No signage for exiting from MRI suite
