Staff are lovely, very reassuring experience, not a problem contacting the team when needed. Sam and Sarah and all other staff were fantastic and made me calm - as someone who suffers anxiety

- As for me my appointment is always to early and it’s difficult for me because I live in Dagenham and there’s few schools in my area and it’s always busy anything before 10 am

All staff at Brentwood Community Hospital have been great communicated well and been kind. Can't fault them! I feel the communication from Queens RE my section could have been better as I've been waiting 2 weeks to hear when it is. A
