Definitely need to improve on the waiting. Waiting was way too long. Please improve on the waiting it's really annoying.

The way my clinician communicates to me is very clear and informing. I understand everything she informs me about the choices/options offered, results are very clearly informed. Very compassionate and caring team. Respecting my privacy, very good communication skills in general therapeutic professional relationship - both clinician, receptionists and pharmacist. Very happy about the clinic - keep it up!
