-I found that almost on every visit I had a different midwife which I didn't particularly appreciate as I preferred some to others. I do wish I got pick 1 midwife and stick to her so we can build a relationship and also have her for postnatal appointments but we will see how that goes after I've had the baby.
-I did like how on a day I had an afternoon appointment I was called and offered an earlier appointment on the day due to cancellations.
-This isn't regarding care but it would be slighter nicer to have the waiting area a little better separated e.g maternity section/blood tests/ x-ray. If necessary the member of chairs per section can be adjusted daily.
Midwife is good, but not the hospital Dr's, some time they are so rude and not understand your position.
Knowledgeable. Kind and reassuring and liaised with my London care.
- The midwife who visited was very informative and easy to talk to. I felt I could build a good rapport with her.
- The midwives were available via telephone when needed and returned my calls.
- Provided advice and reassurance as required.
