I was apprehensive initially but later felt comfortable with the care received. There was clear communication and feedback. Care givers were fantastic!

Maybe waiting time and giving a little bit of more time when there's lateness because it's sometimes due to transportation circumstances. Every other things are good!

All three were amazingly supportive, gave reassurance, were not condescending in the slightest and were the first to offer me pain relief when inserting an iud. I went in scared prepared to be in pain again after my first insertion, but left more than happy with my experience.
