Access was easy. Front desk and greeting team really kind and helpful. Facilities clean and tidy. Consultant really professional and prepared. Consultant made me feel understood and comfortable.

I had to rearrange the appointment at 45 minute's notice in the morning because of a fire in the London Underground preventing travel. I was impressed at how easy that was to do - I did not expect it to be possible to still be seen the same day. The staff were all very good.
