I had to rearrange the appointment at 45 minute's notice in the morning because of a fire in the London Underground preventing travel. I was impressed at how easy that was to do - I did not expect it to be possible to still be seen the same day. The staff were all very good.

Just that first point about information mismatch. Also, on this form it is forcing me to answer questions marked 'if applicable'! There were no delays, and no discussion of cost required. These questions need to be made non-mandatory on the CMS.
