My visit was to assess an ongoing shoulder problem which had deteriorated since
last seeing the surgeon in September 2021.
All possible courses of treatment were fully discussed at the appointment.
My decision to go forward with a Steroid injection was arranged and administered
at that appointment…..an extremely satisfactory outcome.

Radiology appointment I was given was for steroid injection in the wrong leg - I had to escalate with several phone calls to get this changed - very worrying
I had to wait half an hour for my follow-up appointment with the consultant

Great service. The only aspects that could be better are the ability to book video calls in the app directly from the schedule an appointment feature and responses to messages. Message feature and response is either great or sometimes there is no response at all.
