1. very difficult to book appointment 2. didn't get report so signed up for My Charts - no past appointment or test results were posted. my questions to customer service were ignored (I don't think it's monitored) 3. I have two opposite diagnoses on my ultrasound report it's almost laughable

I always feel welcome upon arriving at the clinic. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally polite and caring. This is my second visit with Dr. Frances Humby. She has been very approachable and attentive, carefully listening to my symptoms and concerns regarding my current NHS treatment. Dr. Humby provides thorough explanation and willingly addresses all my questions, ensuring I am well-informed. She meticulously reviews my test results (blood tests, X-rays, etc.) before offering her valuable advice. Her calm demeanour during appointments is immensely reassuring and greatly appreciated, especially when managing multiple health issues.

My pre-op had not been properly organised. Although it was known that I needed an echo cardiogram no facilities had been reserved at Portland Place and I had to go to Grosvenor Place and wait another two hours for .my cardiagram
