The Consultant told me he would not perform surgery on me but did not explain why not. In fairness I did not ask him why. He offered me another form of bowel health but I did not understand what exactly it was. But I am passed on to another Dr. at the Cleveland who I am sure will explain all. I feel fairly confident that my gastric problems though maybe never solved will help me to cope with them after seeing this Consultant. The place itself was a good experience to visit lovely, clean and modern. especially to be offered a cup of tea or coffee as soon as you sit down. I was rather nervous and this was a touch much appreciated.

From check in to the consultation I received a first class and efficient service. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
