Everyone (including the lady cleaning the toilets) was kind and caring and alert to how they could be as helpful as possible.

Overstaffing of greeters at the entrance. Horrible grey white lighting. This particular type of LED Eco lighting is bad for those with sensitive eyes. Warm white is better and for making people more relaxed. I think 270 Kelvins and have additional anglepoise lamps for examination.
