Everyone (including the lady cleaning the toilets) was kind and caring and alert to how they could be as helpful as possible.

Suggested improvements
Overstaffing of greeters at the entrance. Horrible grey white lighting. This particular type of LED Eco lighting is bad for those with sensitive eyes. Warm white is better and for making people more relaxed. I think 270 Kelvins and have additional anglepoise lamps for examination. Maybe some additional table lamps or interestingly designed floor lamps. Clinical doesn't have to mean soul-less More good quality art would be good. Afternoon appointments for the scanning . It was stressful getting to the Clinic in time.

The consultant Daryl Baker was warm and friendly. He seemed to appreciate how I am. The scanning person Colin also friendly and personable. The toilet cleaner. Exceptionally nice and friendly. I was treated well by everyone I came into contact with.
