The care I received from Mr Vashisht and Professor Cohen was exceptional. The potential risks for the surgery I was having, which they had to point out, made difficult reading but everyone I had spoken to when I mentioned their names spoke so highly of them and I felt if I needed the surgery I wanted them to do it. The were both kind and caring and both visited me on Saturday and Sunday to see how I was and answer any questions, which was really appreciated. When Mr Vashisht explained how the procedure had gone and what had been done, it was clear that they worked as a team and with great care.
All the nurses were professional, kind and caring and meticulous in recording. I felt that attention to quality and safety was strictly followed.

I am 72 and have been in many private hospitals over the years, but I have never known care as I received in the Cleveland Hospital.
The hospital is beautiful, immaculate and cutting edge.
The staff are the most helpful, caring and professional people. Always there at the press of a button to attend your needs, with a smile.
It really was like staying in a 5* hotel.
My stay will be memorable.
