I was admitted very unexpectedly after coming for heart tests. I ended up having to have a pacemaker fitted. It was a rather shocking few days but the doctors , nurses and hospital staff were excellent. My only criticism was the food. The portions were enormous and all courses were served together. For example , I ordered soup, a main meal and ice cream Everything was served together and by the time you finished the starter and main meal the ice cream would be melted.

The nurses, the hospital, the food, everything was amazing. I could not fault it.

I could not fault anyone and everyone was very kind and caring. They were always ready to answer my questions and put me at ease

This is without doubt the best hospital i have ever been in. The American style service was very impressive however you do pay for it, but in a 5 star hotel you would pay more overlooking a city view it was fantastic. the food was absolutely different quality cooked with a what seemed to be a 5* chef as much as you wanted on time when greed and lovely and hot just right. The care of the nurses was fabulous in particular the nurse from Cleveland i forgot her name but lives in Kingston, a real Florence Nightingale. Professional great sense of humour. Lovely girl a gift to your organisation look after that one. A truly great stay, and so far a happy outcome. Too many reception staff. Seem d very wasteful. Ridiculous protocol wasting trained ICU nurse time to retrieve personal property from store.
