Arriving from a place of not really knowing where the origin of what I was experiencing, working through the various investigative exams and arriving at the cause and consequential operation was clear and understood. I felt I was included and was made to understand each and every step.

My initial assessment was very good and thorough, I then received a prompt date for my operation, check in was very smooth and easy. The operation was performed on time and was very successful and I noticed a imediate improvement. The after care was excellent and the room was really nice. I had a Diaphragm repair and it was very successful and has greatly improved my health.

reception poor. we went to 4 different receptions before getting to endoscopy area. seemed overkill on staffing but was also frustrating as passed from one to another. first front receptionist was poor as i had to spell my name 4 times and explain who i was seeing etc before he found me on the system, to then say you need to go to desk down the end of ground floor
