The decision for surgery was not an easy one for me, my condition had some unknowns and having never had surgery before I found the years preceding the operation difficult to digest to the extent of making the decision, dealing with unknowns/uncertainties was not easy. Vittorio is a very skilled surgeon, his approach was minimally invasive unlike some of the other consultants I have met over the past few years. I always felt I was in safe hands, everything was explained even in the context of the uncertainties, his clients skills are exemplary, clear, concise, practical even to a non-medical person and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I'm a member of a Syringomyelia forum where there are so many people lost with this condition, they need to speak with him, he can help so many people, this condition is not well know, clearly others are struggling for answers, a plan and some piece of mind and I'm also aware Vittorio does so many other procedures, this man is worth weight in gold... do not let him leave your organisation....
