I was so impressed with the care I received at Cleveland Clinic London, from the nursing staff, to the porters and everyone in between.
I felt respected, listened to and really well looked after.
I remember some staff members in particular who were memorable for their kindness and compassion. Isaac the porter, Giselle one of the nurses and Rianna and Grace who were both fabulous healthcare assistants.
As a doctor myself I was so very impressed with everything.
I want to say a huge thank you to the surgeon, Mr Ulbricht who accommodated my surgery in a timely manner and did a marvellous job.

Every thing very good except the catering. Some food OK but some poor. It was often delivered with errors eg something like a teacup missing, and it was often delivered very late.

As my responses so, I could not have had better all-round treatment and care. My only negative is that the breakfast coffee was bad. This was my second visit and have been delighted at the way everything was done.
