I was so impressed with the care I received at Cleveland Clinic London, from the nursing staff, to the porters and everyone in between. I felt respected, listened to and really well looked after. I remember some staff members in particular who were memorable for their kindness and compassion. Isaac the porter, Giselle one of the nurses and Rianna and Grace who were both fabulous healthcare assistants. As a doctor myself I was so very impressed with everything. I want to say a huge thank you to the surgeon, Mr Ulbricht who accommodated my surgery in a timely manner and did a marvellous job. Thank you all so much.

I don’t think there is - it is a brilliant hospital and I will recommend this centre to all my patients moving forward. I hope one day to work with you all as part of CCL.

He was absolutely excellent. He came recommended by a colleague of his and was superb from start to finish. I felt in safe and hugely experienced hands. Whilst this operation was small fry to him in terms of his vast expertise, he took my concerns seriously and was simply excellent from start to finish.
