My stay at the Cleveland Clinic was fairly brief, only 3 days but the care that I received whilst I was there was exceptional. The staff are wonderful, extremely professional and kind and considerate. My consultant was Mr Tim Jones who was extremely communicative, very approachable and reassuring. The catering was fantastic, it was really like staying in a 5 star hotel in some respects and the catering staff were so kind and thoughtful and courteous, I was sad to leave!

I honestly don’t think that anything could be improved in the clinic, once you are there it is exceptional. The only difficulty we experienced was car parking, which is tricky around the clinic. Going to collect someone from the clinic is difficult if they can’t walk far as the parking is difficult but I don’t know what can be done about that other than having a couple of parking bays behind the clinic for loading and unloading patients.

He instills confidence in you. My procedure wasn’t straight forward but Mr Jones made me feel very positive about it.

The consultant Tim Jones and the nursing staff on the 4th floor and the exceptional catering staff all deserve high praise.
