The care I received was excellent. The physician provided excellent care and I felt I was in safe hands , He clearly explained the procedure and feedback to me afterwards. The nursing team provided exceptional care and I felt extremely well looked after throughout my procedure .
The care from all the teams was excellent from front of house , patient access and the clinical teams . As a fellow caregiver I felt extremely proud to experience first hand the service and care we are delivering to our patient .

The Cleveland Clinic gave me the chance to get rid of my brain tumour quickly. The hospital is incredible and the staff are amazing. It was clear how hard every one was working. While I was there, the NHS doctors were on a three day strike. My consultants were helping out in the NHS for even longer hours than they had already done. Everyone kept going and always had a smile.
I heard many stories from the nurses about how stretched they were and yet, they always smiled, listened and took time to show how much they cared about me.
Sharing stories about their homes was precious and I felt I had made many friends who I shall miss. They have put me back together!
Everyone was kind to my family too, nothing was too much trouble.
I loved my room too!!! It was huge, all facilities and gorgeous toiletries. Room was cleaned well too.

Late change to time of admission, 16 hours notice. Given the need to arrange travel, accommodation, parking and childcare, this did create some difficulties for us. When in contact with reservations staff to understand the change in plans, which include the knock-on effect of a likely later procedure and later discharge, I felt the person I was talking to was not really listening and rushing to get me off the phone. However, in the end we did get to a workable plan and the actual admission and care was great.
