Everything was excellent. I felt safe, supported and reassured. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable ahead of my procedure and after.

I was extremely impressed with every aspect. Especially when I had to be re-admitted, on a Sunday afternoon, in severe pain.
I only had to make one phonecall to the nurses’ station and they organised everything, even though it was a Sunday. I sailed through reception (who were expecting me) as soon as I got there, the pain relief was on hand and I could’ve wept with relief!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. All of my needs and cares were met on a timely basis, with urgency, with compassion. I felt total trust and safety. One of my nurses went above and beyond, ICU nurse John Allason Rosellon.
