I found the hospital and staff second to none
All the staff were most courteous at all times and seemed to work happily as a unit
I have had a Tavi procedure where i was very apprehensive but i must say that from the word go my mind was put at rest and i cannot speak highly enough of the doctors surgeon and nursing staff who looked after me

From the moment I entered the front door I was met with smiles, politeness and care. I was chaperoned from front desk to administration and then to the basement and to my room. I didn’t wait more than 30 seconds! I was given constant updates leading up to the procedure, reassurance and attentiveness throughout the procedure and then after care which was brilliant. The food was tasty too. Everyone I encountered was professional as well as personable.
Every single person was amazing.

Because it’s the truth. From the moment we arrived early in the morning we were very well taken care of by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. I will definitely be back next year to treat my other foot!
