From the moment I entered the front door I was met with smiles, politeness and care. I was chaperoned from front desk to administration and then to the basement and to my room. I didn’t wait more than 30 seconds! I was given constant updates leading up to the procedure, reassurance and attentiveness throughout the procedure and then after care which was brilliant. The food was tasty too. Everyone I encountered was professional as well as personable.

Every single person was amazing.
