I was very impressed by my visit at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Every room I went in was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. I felt very attended to and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and was given plenty of reassurance. On discharge I got a full report as well as a contact number I could call should I have any questions or issues after the procedure. The procedure was very quick and I was given plenty of time to recover as well as being brought food as well.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The care at the clinic was outstanding, however when I left, there was no follow up. I was informed I would be called the following day. That did not happen. The medication given was only enough for 5 days. Which has now ran out, so even though I am still experiencing a lot of pain.

When your a patient and not feeling so good you are at your most vulnerable, physically, mentally and emotionally & understandably worried; the team of highly skilled consultants, fellow doctors, nurses and health care nurse who looked after me were so kind and critically, made me feel safe. Everyone was outstanding and their complete dedication to deliver exceptional and excellent medical care
was very efficient and they immediately understood the various complications I had & my worry anxiety and concerns. . Between them they were all exceptional. A special thank you to my consultant Mr Nathan, my AAU consultant Dr Dan Lee and his two fellow doctors, Dr Charlotte and Dr Ben ( sorry I can not remember their surnames ) and to my nurses Ellie, Charlie and the lovely Klaudia . I am so very much appreciative to you all and to the catering team and porters who were so kind and of course the radiology team, led by Heather.. Thank you to you at the the Cleveland Hospital it is an excellent hospital. Your collective kindness, empathy and speed and being so thorougher medically was exceptional. Thank you so much.

Welcoming receptionist, hygienically clean environment.nursing staff very professional and friendly. Consultant came to see me before and after my procedure and explained the complications preoperatively and the treatment done postoperatively.
