X ray department is on the site, so you can get your results immediately.
I expect to be treated with respect and compassion as a basic expectations.
A lot of health concerns can be diminished first with a lot of reassurance and empathy shown towards a patient.
Some level of empathy and compassion should be shown by every member of staff.

It was quiet and I was treated with speed.
When it's busy the wait is sometimes far too long.

The manner of the staff is fantastic, they make you feel as if you are the only patient not just another number in a que.
