The staff were very sensitive to my sons needs and spoke to him and asked how he felt. Great!.

We were kept waiting for 5 mins at reception despite 3 people sitting at the desk. Not great customer service!! I don't expect to be ignored!.
Nursing staff were amazing, can't rate them highly enough.
