Reception-pleasant, friendly, efficient, good, clear signage. Waiting time/area Calm, non intensive music. Did not have to wait long, but at busy times a display of approx. waiting time would be helpful. Treatment-seen by Andy. Pleasant, efficient. A pleasant experience-low stress (better plus would help).
