Getting to the clinic was stressful as the appointment was in peak money rush hour. Could these appointments be given to people who live close? Or since the van is Straid/closer to where I live could I have been given the chose of location?

It was unnecessary for the receptionist to say several times that i was here for a mammogram. Having to pay 1.90 pound to park my car for the duration of the examinations outrageous. Otherwise very rapid, friendly staff, good location, clean surroundings.

Friendly receptionist - helpful and provided useful, clear information. Screening staff also cheery and respectful. I was impressed by how quickly they conducted the screening.
The only thing that I think might be useful would be if the patient was told in advance that the tight hold of the machine would hurt a bit and be uncomfortable but would only last a few seconds.
