Friendly receptionist - helpful and provided useful, clear information. Screening staff also cheery and respectful. I was impressed by how quickly they conducted the screening. The only thing that I think might be useful would be if the patient was told in advance that the tight hold of the machine would hurt a bit and be uncomfortable but would only last a few seconds.
